 ALL RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED WITH NO LESS THAN 1 HOUR IN ADVANCE , NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL RESERVATIONS ARE TAKEN WITH NO LESS THAN A 1 HOUR minimum BOOKING, if you only need the limousine service for 10 minutes, we have to charge for the full hour, NO EXCEPTIONS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE DUE TO ANY FEDERAL, STATE, OR CITY CODE VIOLATIONS, OR DUE TO CERTAIN UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR ABILITY. CLEANING CHARGE: Under such conditions that may transpire a $100.00 minimum additional charge may be REQUIRED if any accidents pertaining to vomitting, urination, or stains occur. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE VEHICLE. ALL TRIPS ARE RECORDED AND SUBJECTED TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE, CITY LAWS AND CODES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO EXPECTIONS WILL BE MADE. CHARGES: Any reasonable and unavoidable special fees or charges incurred, unless otherwise approved, will be in addition to all chartered rates published herein. CANCELLATIONS and REFUSAL OF SERVICE: A patron/s who refuses service or who does not appear at the designated point of pick up will incurr the full rate of service expected. A trip cancelled by the patron/s or a third party on their behalf after the vehicle has been dispatched will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the service to be rendered. All cancellations must be made no later than seven days prior to the actual reservation date or a cancellation fee will be charged to the client. Proof of cancellation requires the provision of a valid cancellation number from Arctic Sky Limousine. REFUND OF DEPOSIT: A full refund of funds deposited shall be made if cancellation of services is made at least 30 days prior to the date of scheduled service. No refund shall be made if cancellation of service occurs within 30 days of expected service. LIABILITY FOR DELAYS: The carrier shall not be held liable for delays caused by an Act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, hazards of danger due to a state of war(declared or undeclared), accidents, breakdown, hazardous weather conditions, and other conditions beyond our control of the carrier. The carrier does not guarantee to endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its agents or employees. OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS: The carrier reserves the right to refuse service to transport or to discontinue transport of any person who, in the carrier's judgement, is incapable of taking care of himself/herself or whose conduct is such as to make him/her objectionable to or a danger to other persons, the chauffeur, or the vehicle. DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE: The actual cost of repairs for any damages done to the vehicle's interior or exterior by a party is said to be paid by the party chartering the vehicle. CELLULAR TELEPHONE: Charges incurred according to usage involves the limousine's company cell phone, chauffeur reserves right to refuse such activity if no reasonable financial compensations transpires between both parties involved. BAGGAGE: Baggage will not be checked automatically unless client requests a skycap service at the airport in advance notice to the company and the chauffuer. Personal baggage and other paraphernalia necassary for the purpose of the trip will be limited to the capacity of the vehicle and will be transported in the custody of the passenger at no additional charges. Lost items will be held for 30 days only, after such date, ARCTIC SKY LIMOUSINE, drivers and employees, shall not be held responsible. RETURNED CHECKS: There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks. RESERVATION
